NSW Treasurer Daniel Mookhey says the NSW government introduced a “nation-leading framework” for data centres.
Mr Mookhey told News24 that the government is able to “get the balance right” between the opportunities and challenges of data centres.
“We set a really simple principle, which is we do want to see data centres add to our skill base, not just take from them.”
